Foundations of Life
Foundations of Life (FOL) is a 2-day in-person seminar designed to help adults in their early career successfully advance and become established in their careers. (2nd Installment of the Life Mastery and Transformation Program) The program introduces four key areas that you must learn to manage:
- Values & Purpose

In managing these four areas successfully, one builds a solid foundation for one’s career advancement and one’s ability to take on ever-larger scopes of responsibility.
