Leading Your Life (LYL) is a seminar-based program designed to help adults in the mid and late-career transition to professional activities and roles in which there is deep meaning and purpose. Often in the mid-career, there is a re-examination of one’s life and career. From this examination, one is driven to find one’s calling and area of true leadership. This program continues the development toward clarifying one’s authentic purpose and promoting one’s ability to take on greater responsibility and leadership.
